Join Katie G. in this wonderful 75minute restorative Hatha Yoga class on Sundays. This specialty class is our only un-heated yoga class offering deep relaxation and stretching. Classes can vary between over 10 postures and as little as 5- allowing for the body to naturally arrive at its deepest stretch over time. The light music and room settings allows for the mind to be present but the body slightly drifting between deep relaxation and active stretching. A yoga mat is required for this class, otherwise blocks, bands and even a blanket can be brought to use as props. Suggested clothing is lightweight, unrestrictive and comfortable.
