In-Studio Protocol (Updated 11-9-2021)
Guidelines for in studio classes to keep everyone safe, healthy, and happy! The health and safety of our staff and students is our top priority*
✦ Mask Policy: Currently Masks are required in-studio regardless of vaccination status. Please check socoemergency.org for updates. Our studio follows ALL up-to-date Sonoma County safety guidelines and mandates.
✦(Optional) Please show proof of vaccination at the front desk so we can mark your account. ONLY classes with 100% vaccinated students + staff will have the option to take masks off.
✦ Walk-ins are welcome if there is room in the class.
✦ Please read and sign our updated liability waiver before taking an in-studio or outdoor class.
✦Bring your own mat, towel, and water. No rentals currently.
✦Locker rooms and showers are open.
✦Please opt-in for receiving emails and text messages (including NEWS) from Energize and update your email address and telephone number in your account. Important Protocol Updates will be sent via email only. Schedule updates, such as being moved from a waitlist into a class, are sent via email and / or text. This is required if you register for any in-studio and / or outdoor classes.
✦All guests must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. Posted on the studio front door are these self-screening questions:
-Do you have the presence of fever, new or worsened cough, trouble breathing, new or worsening body aches, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell?
-Have you had close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
✦ Please stay home if you answer yes to either or both screening questions.
✦ Stay home if feeling any symptoms of being sick.
✦ Please follow self-check guidelines for COVID-19 on a regular basis and always before coming to the studio. Please Visit CDC WEBSITE for self-check guidelines and list of signs and symptoms.
We look forward to seeing all of you for a wonderful class!!
Please remember we are all in this together and that also means washing/sanitizing your hands regularly and staying home when you are not feeling well.
