STUDIO POLICIES

Please do not attend classes if sick, or if you have a lingering cough.  The health of our students and staff are of utmost importance.

No cell phones in practice room.  If on-call for work, let the instructor know before class.

Classes start EXACTLY on time.  Doors will lock EXACTLY at class start time.

CANCELLATION POLICY / WAITLIST

Reservations for in-studio classes must be canceled a minimum of 5 HOURS prior to class start time.

There will be an automatic $10 charge for NO SHOW / LATE CANCEL to your card on file.

ON A WAITLIST?

Please check regularly up until the 5 hour mark to see if you have been automatically moved from the wait list into the class. You may always cancel your wait list reservation, up to 5 hours prior to class start time. 

Very often, students who are on the wait list DO get moved into the class automatically, up until the 5 hour mark! You will be held responsible for the late cancellation fee if you get moved into class and do not cancel within the 5 hour window. *No exceptions.

Make sure you are opted-IN to receive emails and text messages from Energize!  This is the only possible way for our system to notify you about being moved from a waitlist into a class. 

It is required to opt-in for email and text notifications, if joining a waitlist for a class.

If you are on a waitlist, you are welcome to arrive at the studio 15min prior to class start time and wait to see if a spot becomes available. 

AUTO DEBIT POLICY

Auto Debit is a three-month minimum contract.  Auto debit will continue to bill once per month beyond 3 months.  

AUTO DEBIT CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to cancel auto debit, we require a written cancellation, via e-mail, at least 30 days prior to date of billing.  Written cancellation must be sent via e-mail to info@energizehotyoga.com.  Please write your first and last name, the date, and a note stating that you would like to cancel your auto debit contract.  Notice must be given 30 days prior to billing date.

CLASS CARDS and PACKAGES POLICIES

All class cards, drop-ins, monthly passes and yearly passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. All expiration dates are final, NO extensions.

10 class cards expire in 3 months from 1st class taken using the card.

20 & 50 class cards expire in 6 months from 1st class taken using the card.

Any expired classes remaining on a full priced class card, can be added on to a new class card purchase of equal or greater value IF requested within 1 month of class card expiring.

Once redeemed, Groupon and Amazon Classes expire in 3 months.
