STUDIO POLICIES

Please do not attend classes if sick, or if you have a lingering cough.  The health of our students and staff are of utmost importance.

No cell phones in practice room.  If on-call for work, let the instructor know before class.

CANCELLATION POLICY / WAITLIST

Reservations must be canceled a minimum of 2 HOURS prior to class start time, if you will not be attending.

There will be an automatic $5 charge for NO SHOW / LATE CANCEL that will go on your Energize Hot Yoga Santa Rosa account.

ON A WAITLIST?

Please check regularly up until the 2 hour mark to see if you have been automatically moved from the wait list into the class. You’re always more than welcome to cancel the wait list, up to 2 hours prior to class start time, without a $5 late cancel/no show fee. 

Very often, most students who are on the wait list DO get moved into the class automatically, up until the 2 hour mark! You will be held responsible for the late cancellation fee if you get moved into class and do not cancel within the 2 hour window. *No exceptions.

If you get moved into class; please arrive at least 20min early for your 1st class. Reserved spots will be held until 10min before class start time. If we have wait listed students, then we will start to give away spots 9min before class start time. Call the studio if you will be running late:

Auto Debit Cancellation Policy

Auto debit is a mandatory three-month minimum contract.  Auto debit will continue to bill once per month beyond 3 months.  In order to cancel auto debit, we require a written cancellation, via e-mail, at least 30 days prior to date of billing.  Written cancellation must be sent via e-mail to info@energizehotyoga.com.  Please write your first and last name, the date, and a note stating that you would like to cancel your auto debit contract.  Notice must be given 30 days prior to billing date.

CLASS CARDS and PACKAGES POLICIES

All class cards, Drop Ins, monthly passes and yearly passes are non refundable and non transferable.   All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All expiration dates are final, NO extensions.

5 & 10 class cards expire in 3 months from 1st class taken using the card.

20 & 50 class cards expire in 1 year from 1st class taken using the card.

Any expired classes from a full priced class card can be added on to a new class card purchase of equal or greater value IF requested within 3 months of class card expiring.

Once redeemed, Groupon and Amazon Classes expire in 3 months.
