Studio Reopening Protocols

New guidelines for in studio classes to keep everyone safe, healthy, and happy!

** The health and safety of our staff and students is our top priority**

These are protocols for phase one of reopening

In Studio Class Procedures

✦ Class sizes are limited subject to county guidelines.

✦ Marked spaces for social distancing placed in lobby and practice room.

✦ Facial coverings are required when entering and exiting the studio and in all common areas inside the studio.

✦ Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before the start of class time.

✦ Members and employees are required to sanitize their hands upon entering the studio.

✦ Shoes and car keys will be left in the lobby.

✦ Locker rooms and showers are closed for the time being. Bring limited items.

✦ Bring your own mat, towel, and water. Renting is not available at this time.

✦ We are currently not accepting cash. Please update your credit card on file and store your

billing.

✦Please opt-in for receiving emails (including NEWS) from Energize and update your email address in your account. Important Protocol Updates will be sent via email only. This is required if you register for any in-studio and / or outdoor classes.

✦All guests must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. Posted on the studio front door are these self-screening questions:

  1. Do you have the presence of fever, new or worsened cough, trouble breathing, new or worsening body aches, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell?
  2. Have you had close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

✦ Please stay home if you answer yes to either/both screening questions.

✦ Stay home if feeling any symptoms of being sick.

✦ Please follow self-check guidelines for COVID-19 on a regular basis and always before coming to the studio. Please Visit CDC WEBSITE for self-check guidelines and list of signs and symptoms.

✦ Please be extra careful rolling up your mat at the end of class, so that sweat left

behind is minimal.

✦ Classes are spaced far apart allowing for cleaning and airing out of the studio.

In Studio Class Enrollment Updates

✦ Pre-booking is required. All classes must be booked and paid for in advance.

✦ Please only take one in-studio class per day. Space is limited and we need to make sure everyone has a turn. You are welcome to take as many Virtual classes per day as you would like.

✦ For in-studio and outdoor classes: We will be implementing a $20 late cancellation / no show fee to all students. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to the class, you will be charged. If you no show, you will be charged. We want to make sure that all who want to take class can take class.

Cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to class start time. You can cancel out of a class via website, app or email info@energizehotyoga.com

✦ Promotional packages, drop-ins and introductory specials are only available for

VIRTUAL classes at this time.

Staff Protocol / Cleaning

✦All staff are required to self-screen via SoCo Check app and have a temperature check before each shift. Staff are required to stay home if sick or feeling any symptoms of being sick or temp over 100F.

✦We have implemented regular deep cleaning protocol before and after each in-studio class. Staff are trained to clean all highly touched surfaces regularly. Each night the studio is cleaned very well by our Janitorial company.

✦We have purchased two HEPA air filters for the practice room.

✦A UV Lamp is used in the practice room at night to help disinfect.

✦A Electrostatic Sprayer is used to disinfect the floors and curtains regularly.

Please remember we are all in this together and that also means respecting social distancing, washing/sanitizing your hands regularly, and staying home when you are not feeling well.
